Yes! You are always welcome to call in and check up on your pet although it may be quicker to message us thru the Petexec client portal. You will also receive daily text updates with pictures & a little note of how your pups day is going whether they are in daycare or boarding with us.

Yes. We have Luxury Suites that can accommodate multiple dogs as well as small, medium & large kennels that are outfitted with transfer doors. These give us the ability to make certain kennels larger & to comfortably house multiple dogs.

No. You should keep those safe at home. We will supply all the comfort of home items your pet needs during their stay with us. This also lessens the chance that your dog will lose his favorite lovey or that it goes home with someone else.

Yes. Please bring your dogs own food when you drop them off. (We ask that you package their dry food in pre-marked, pre measured ziploc bags for each meal of the day for the days that they are boarding). This lessens the chance of overfeeding as well as any upset stomach associated with a food change. *If your pet runs out of their food, we will purchase a bag for them and add it to your client account.

We know the importance of researching the potential home away from home for your pup. We encourage you to watch our resort video on our About Us page, look at our Facebook & Instagram pages & read our reviews to get a feel for who we are & what we do. If you have any additional questions or concerns, we welcome you to come in and speak with one of our front staff.

Vaccines & Vetting for dogs:

  • Rabies
  • DAPP
  • Bordetella Vaccine
  • Canine Influenza Vaccine

For all vaccines, it is important to vaccinate at least 5 days before potential exposure. Vaccines do not work immediately. It takes time for the body to respond to the vaccine, develop immunity and provide protection against the specific disease.

  • Negative fecal test result within the past 6 months
  • Monthly flea and tick preventative medication

Dogs must be at least 4 months old and must be spayed or neutered if over 9 months old. *Some exceptions are allowed, please inquire in person. Please note: Unaltered females may not attend daycare if they are going through a heat cycle. Pets must be in good physical health; flea, tick & parasite free. Dogs will be inspected at the time of check-in. If fleas, flea dirt or if parasites are noticed or discovered during their stay, specialized care and treatment fees may apply at the owner’s/guardian’s expense.

*When you create a client portal on our PetExec software, you will upload all current veterinary records with proof of vetting & vaccinations. If you choose to bring these records with you instead, please remember that without these your pet will be unable to board or attend daycare.
